Step Three – Candidate management and selection

All the responses generated from the advertising and marketing campaign will be channelled through to a dedicated campaign website branded in your company's name, where the candidates will be able to view more information about the opportunities and complete their online applications and post their CVs.

This not only delivers a cost-effective and efficient way of managing candidates, it allows us to reinforce key messages about the roles and your company. Additionally, we can tailor an on-line application process that will score and screen candidates as they apply, rather than having to wait until the end of the campaign.

This online prescreening facility will quickly and cost-effectively eliminate candidates who fail to meet the basic requirements of the roles, allowing our highly skilled recruitment practitioners to concentrate on those that make the grade. Throughout, you will have password access to the full database of pre-screened candidates. This will be searchable via a number of pre-determined filters and will enable you to view their details and communicate to them on a needs-must basis.
